The UK encourages anyone who can contribute to British economy to apply for business visas just as anyone who is core to the UK’s business ideology are welcome to join the business professionals here in the UK.

We will consider visa applications from a range of business professionals such as investors and entrepreneurs as well as new workers from the expanding EU market. Maybe you want to participate in an established business or you a barrister or solicitor or you have an innovative business idea or maybe you want to invest a large amount of money into UK stocks or you are a representative of a company; whatever your reason for wanting to join the UK business market here at Immigration Consult we will help you as much as we can to do so.

It should be noted that if you are a US citizen you do not need a visa to enter the UK for tourism or business.

If you are hoping to enter the UK on a business visa there are a number of pieces of documentation that you will need to have and there are certain forms that you will have needed to have filled out; these are stated below:

  • A valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining
  • One fully completed, signed and dated application form
    All applications should be submitted and paid for online. You will then be directed to make an appointment at one of the Application Support Centres in your area in order to submit your biometric data (finger scans)
  • One recent passport size photograph
  • Employment Letter / Confirmation of Employment
  • Please give full details of proposed business visit and stating employer will be financially responsible
  • Letter of invitation from the host company in U.K.
  • Evidence of funds: e.g., Recent bank statement (within last 30 days), traveller’s cheques. (Credit card statements are not acceptable)
  • Onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary
  • ETS Order form
